Randolph EMC is a member-owned, not-for-profit electric cooperative serving central North Carolina. It was created to bring affordable, reliable electric service to rural areas and continues to focus on meeting the needs of its members and local communities. As a cooperative, it is governed by a democratically elected board and answers directly to its member-owners rather than outside shareholders. REMC emphasizes community support, reliability, and cooperative values in its operations and local engagement.
