We are a direct-pay primary care medical practice. Instead of fee-for-service reimbursement from insurance companies and Medicare, we offer subscription plans that include: *a 90-minute annual physical exam *three, five, or seven 30-minute office visits every year, depending on the plan chosen *most of the in-office labs, procedures, and treatments that would take place during these visits. Our subscription plans best complement high deductible health insurance and HSA accounts. Studies show that the direct patient care model results in more time with patients, greater patient satisfaction, and lower health care costs.
