Join community and business partners, educators, parents, and advocates from across Chatham County for a morning of learning and conversation about the Early Childhood Care and Education System in Chatham County and how, together, we can improve the lives of children and families in our community. Over breakfast, we’ll celebrate progress made through the Early Childhood Action Plan, hear fresh perspectives from the community, and collaboratively brainstorm solutions and next steps. State of the Child is an invitation for diverse voices to connect, exchange ideas and perspectives, and commit to taking action towards quality education and care for children birth to five, support for early educators, and a prosperous economic and social future for Chatham.
