Description

Please join the Chatham Chamber Board of Directors, Membership Committee, Ambassadors, and community partners on Thursday Oct 22nd at 11:30 a.m. at 79 West as we celebrate the opening of Trusty Stewards with a formal ribbon-cutting ceremony. Together, we’ll recognize the hard work and vision behind this welcoming, community-centered local business.

Thursday, October 22nd at 11:30 a.m.
120 Mosaic Blvd, Homestead Conference Room, Pittsboro, NC 27312

The Day:

• 11:30 AM — Ribbon cutting & welcome. A brief celebration with the people who made this possible — and a first look at what Trusty Stewards is here to do.
• 12:00 PM — Lunch is served. Fill your plate and find a seat.
• 12:00–1:00 PM — The Future of the Well-Cared-For Home: a moderated panel with specialists in home systems, maintenance, and real estate. An honest conversation about what a well-cared-for home actually looks like — and what it takes to get there.

What they will cover:

• Why most homeowners end up managing their home by accident — and what it costs them
• How a home's systems connect, and what happens when they don't
• What modern stewardship looks like: the tools, the relationships, the records
• Your questions, answered by the people who know homes best

Featuring a panel with specialists from Boer Brothers, Chatham Home Realty, Home Design & Development, and Financial Advisory.

Hosted by Trusty Stewards in partnership with Boer Brothers, the Chatham Chamber of Commerce, and 79°West.

Space is limited. [RSVP by October 19 - Luma Link] Link to be provided

Your presence helps make this milestone memorable and demonstrates the strength of a community that supports its local businesses. We encourage you to arrive a few minutes early and share photos from the celebration on your personal or business social media pages.

We look forward to celebrating with you!

Trusty Stewards believes that human flourishing starts at home. Trusty Stewards is built on a philosophy they call The Stewards Way. The core idea is simple: a home is a living ecosystem, and when it is handled well, something shifts inside it. It's the practice of intention-someone who sees the whole home, notices what it needs, and tends it with care over time.
