This month, the Leadership Chatham 2026 cohort dives into Session 8 with a focus on Education - exploring Chatham County’s K-12 landscape and gaining insight into workforce and academic pathways through Central Carolina Community College.

Leadership Chatham is a signature nine-month leadership development program of The Chatham Chamber, designed to cultivate informed, connected, and engaged leaders ready to serve and strengthen our community.

Through immersive, hands-on sessions, participants explore the social, cultural, and economic systems that shape Chatham County. Each month, local experts, public servants, and community leaders open doors to real-world conversations and behind-the-scenes learning, offering firsthand insight into the opportunities and challenges facing our county today and in the years ahead.

As Chatham continues to grow alongside our surrounding region, the need for thoughtful, collaborative leadership has never been greater. Leadership Chatham equips participants with the knowledge, relationships, and perspective needed to lead with confidence, curiosity, and purpose in their workplaces and communities.
