Team Building, Leadership Basics, & Setting Intentions 

This month, the Leadership Chatham 2026-27 cohort dives into our first full day (Session 1) with a focus on team building, setting personal leadership goals, and defining intentions for the program.  

Leadership Chatham is a signature program of The Chatham Chamber, created to cultivate informed, skilled, and engaged leaders ready to serve and strengthen our community. Over the course of nine full-day learning intensives, participants journey through the social, cultural, and economic dynamics that shape Chatham County.

Through direct engagement with local experts and community leaders, participants gain firsthand insight into the key issues and opportunities facing our region. As Chatham County continues to grow, so does the need for capable, connected, and visionary leadership.

The Leadership Chatham experience equips participants with the knowledge, relationships, and perspective to step confidently into those roles, ready to make a difference.

The 2026-27 cohort will celebrate graduation in June 2026!
