The Laurels of Chatham is located in Pittsboro on Chatham Business Drive across from the Post Office. Our 140-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center offers a beautiful setting and home-like environment for patients who are unable to return straight home after hospitalization because they need additional nursing services or rehabilitation. With speech, occupational, and physical therapies available daily, our programs provide a safe transition from hospital to home with a depth of services that typically cannot be provided through home health care or by family members. The Laurels of Chatham attracts guests and their families from Pittsboro, Sanford, Siler City, Chapel Hill, Western Wake County, and surrounding areas.
