Baxter Walker, who is a Commercial Realtor with Avison Young with 22+ years experience, will be speaking on the subject of Resilience. Throughout Baxter’s personal and professional life, he has worked through and observed many situations in which having a tough resilient mindset is essential. His approach to this subject is with multiple segments which include improving perspectives of life’s trials, charging through adversity, and even how to avoid from creating certain hardships. In addition to presenting this subject at multiple seminars, chamber events, Baxter has also had the opportunity to speak at company meetings.

Joe Novara is a business and leadership coach, speaker, and author of four Amazon best-selling books. With over 30 years of experience in sales, leadership, and business ownership, Joe helps business owners, leaders, and sales professionals build clarity, confidence, and continuity in both their business and their lives.
