Building Great Teams and Avoiding Lawsuits is a workshop designed for small to medium size employers who may not have a dedicated human resources person on staff. This presentation shares the most recent Gallup data on employee engagement and translates that to how it impacts your organization. 

Building Great Teams

Gallup’s research over many years has identified the The Five Drivers of Employee Engagement and the importance of retention for the long term health of the organization. Working collaboratively with diverse personalities can be a challenging task, but it's also incredibly rewarding when approached with the right mindset. 

We have used the Everything DiSC Model for over 15 years to help organizations build stronger teams and improve leadership. The DISC model categorizes individuals into four distinct personality styles, each with its unique approach to work, thought processes, and communication. 

Organizations using DiSC often find they have improved communication and see the following results: 

Better Collaboration: Knowing each other's styles helped the team communicate clearly and effectively, reducing friction and confusion. 

Higher Trust: Understanding each other's differences built empathy and stronger interpersonal connections.

 More Effective Problem-Solving: Recognizing the strengths of each style allowed the team to leverage individual skills when challenges arose. 

Improved Service to Clients: With stronger internal alignment, the team could deliver services with even greater clarity, purpose, and effectiveness. 

Participants in this workshop will do a brief DiSC assessment to allow them to learn more about their personality style and understand the power and the benefit of this process.
