Set aside the morning to gather with Chatham’s business and community leaders for our 79th Annual Meeting, hosted at the beautiful Barn at Fearrington Village. Enjoy an extended brunch and coffee networking time before we officially kick off the program, giving you space to reconnect, meet new faces, and start the year grounded in community.

We will open with a 2026 Economic Outlook featuring keynote remarks from Bethany Greene of the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, offering timely insights on national, state, regional, and local economic trends shaping the year ahead.

You will also hear the results of the Chatham Chamber’s Local Business Conditions Survey, providing an on-the-ground snapshot of how our business community is performing and what leaders are anticipating next.

From there, we will celebrate all that the Chatham Chamber has accomplished over the past year, share our vision and priorities for 2026, and recognize the heart of our community through the presentation of our Annual Citizenship and Service Award, proudly in partnership with Duke Energy.

Bethany Greene is a regional economist at the Charlotte branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond. Prior to this role, Bethany was a regional affairs research associate at the Denver branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City where she supported regional research and outreach efforts in the Mountain West region. Bethany has a bachelor's degree in economics from Emory University and a master's degree in data analytics and policy from Johns Hopkins University.
